Today, the new daily crochet pattern Amigurumi Mouse Free Crochet Pattern, I want to give you some information about this pattern;

MATERIALS FOR SEWING
Material for trousers 14x6cm
Material for jacket 14×6 cm
Material for scarf 16x5cm
Piece of leather 12x5cm

YARN
25g 85m of fingering/4 ply yarn
(I used the following yarn)
Drops Alpaca – Medium Grey Mix (0517)

TOOLS
2mm (US B) crochet hook
Tapestry needle
Scissors
Stitch marker

EXTRA STUFF
Fibrefill
2 black beads 4mm
Chenille stem/Pipe cleaners

GAUGE
Gauge in this project is crucial; in this pattern you can use only
fingering/4ply yarn.
GAUGE – 11 sts on 12 rows in 1 inch.
I used 2mm crochet hook but if you crochet very loosely, you should
choose a smaller hook

NOTES
Mouse is worked in rounds; do not turn at the ends of rounds. You will need a stitch
marker to keep track of where the beginning of each round starts. Move the marker up
to the first stitch of the next round after finishing the previous one. If you don’t have a
stitch marker you can always use a scrap of contrasting yarn instead. When finished just
pull this yarn out.

Tail

To make a tail with a chenille stem
you have to start crocheting around it from rnd 1. To do so, cut 10cm
long of chenille stem and insert it in the middle of the magic loop, and
tighten the loop. If there will be bit longer do not worry when tail will be finished you can chop it off.
Rnd 1: 4 sc in to adjustable base ring
and tighten the loop, with chenille
stem inside it: 4 sts
Rnd 2-8: sc in each st around: 4 sts
Rnd 9: 1 inc, 3 sc: 5 sts
Rnd 10-13: sc in each st around: 5 sts
Rnd 14: 1 inc, 4 sc: 6 sts. Take second long end of chenille stem and
insert it inside the tail. See the picture.
Rnd 15-18: sc in each st around: 6 sts
Rnd 19: 1 inc, 5 sc: 7 sts
Rnd 20-23: sc in each st around: 7 sts
Rnd 24: 1 inc, 6 sc: 8 sts
Rnd 25-28: sc in each st around: 8 sts
Rnd 29: (1 inc, 1 sc) 4 times: 12 sts
Fasten off. Leave a long tail.

Face shaping
Thread a tapestry needle with strong
thread.

To set the eyes and to shape the face,
insert the needle in the chin centre area
(1) and pull it out from the first hole from
the rnd 10

(2).String a bead on the thread

(3) and pullneedle back

(4).Pull the needle out from the second hole from the rnd 10

(5). String a bead on the thread

(6) and pull needle back

(7). Pull the needle out

(8) Tie the thread as tightly as you can.

Ears placement
Ears should be placed 5 rounds father back then the ayes, and curved slightly.
Approximately 3 sts apart from each other. See picture below.

Body assemble
To attach head to the body first pin neck to the front of the head to the rnd 8, secondly pin
neck to the back of the head to the rnd 2. Next, spread both sides as much as possible in both directions and pin left and right side, too. When sewing, try to pull the neck line a bit farther from the centre, forming the sewing line around. Before closing the gap completely put a bit more stuffing inside.

Hands placement Pin both hands to the body. Approximate shoulder line is round 8. See picture. Don’t sew hand along the entire length, just few last rounds of the hand (upper arm). I sewed hands not straight, but at an angle, as (as you can see on picture), but it is optional. You can place hands as you wish

Legs and tail placement
Place narrow end of leg on top of the narrow part of the foot, and pin it. Sew two parts
together. Bend feet S shape.
Fold one edge of the leg by one round and secure with few stitches. Do the same with
the second leg, but fold the opposite edge of the leg. So if you put two legs together
folding parts will face each other. See the picture.

To attach legs to the body, first place the tail, top point of the tail to the rnd 20 and
lower point of the tail to the rnd 26 of the body. Tail should be centred in the middle of
the body.

Place legs use picture below as a guide. Stuff legs and sew them.

Trousers.

Step 1: Turn fabric inside and secure
edge with an appropriate hem stitch.
Form a knot, cut thread.

Step 2: Starting from wide end of dart,
stitch toward point. Form a knot, cut
thread.

Step 3: Stitch two ends (line marked
with number 3) of trouser leg, forming a
tube shape. Do the same with another
trouser leg. Form a knot, cut thread.

Step 4: Stitch both trouser legs
together, on one side (line marked with
number 4). Form a knot, cut thread.

Step 5: Put trousers on and check.
Some adjustments may be needed.
Stitch another side of the trousers,
leaving a hole for a tail, secure edge of
the hole, with an appropriate hem
stitch. Form a knot, cut thread.

Step 6: Hem the waist line edge, with an
appropriate hem stitch. Form a knot, cut thread.

Step 2: Sew shoulders part of the vest.

Step 3: Hem all edges of the vest with
appropriate stitch. Form a knot, cut thread.

Bag (sew really close to the edge)

Step 1: Sew two sides to the bottom
corners of the main part of the bag.
Form a knot, cut thread.

Step 2: Fold main part of the bag by the
first folding line and sewing two sides to
the bags main part. Form a knot, cut thread.

Step 3: Attach holding part on the front
of the bag. Sew handle. Form a knot, cut
thread

To make a scarf turn fabric inside and secure edges with an appropriate hem stitch.
