Design

If you have not inserted the eyes before, you can do it now. Take out the stuffing
material. Insert the eyes into the holes between rounds 17 and 18. I also recommend
melting the bottom part of the eyes for safety. I use a lighter for this. Press the melted
edge with a lighter, giving a rounded shape. Stuff the head.
Try not to stain the piece.

Sculpturing.
Use a strong thread. You can use the same
yarn from which the piece was crocheted.
Insert the needle between the loops at the
back of the head and bring it out in the
upper inner corner of the eye.
Make a stitch one loop in size and bring it
to the lower inner corner of the eye. Make
a stitch one loop in size and bring it to the
insertion point at the back of the head.
Pull up the thread to the desired result.
Repeat the same for the second eye.
I use a separate thread for sculpturing each
eye. But you can use just one if you want.
Fasten, cut, and hide the thread.
Try to insert the needle with the thread
under the inserted eye as close as possible.

Embroider the eye whites with white yarn.
Embroider eyelashes with black yarn.
Embroider the nose with a beige thread.
The location of the nose is one round below eye
level.
Mark the central 3 loops with pins.
Make 3-4 lengthwise stitches from one pin to the
other.
Wrap these stitches with a needle and thread.
For the nose not to change its position, make a
couple of stitches grabbing the stitches of the head.
Embroider eyebrows with the same brown yarn
as we took for the hair.
Mark the location of the eyebrows with pins: 3
loops from the eyes at the bottom point and 4
loops at the top. Stitch width – 3 loops.
I want to draw your attention to the
fact that in these photos the head is
crocheted in a smaller size (1.75)
As a result, the head turned out a
little smaller, and the crocheting is
denser.
Embroider the mouth with pink thread.
Mark with pins the location of the mouth: 4
rounds below the location of the nose. The
stitch width is 4 loops.

Sew the wig to the head
having previously determined its location and fixed it with pins

Sew the ears.
Sew the ears between rounds 16 and 17.

Sew the head to the body.
Fix the head with pins.
Sew on the head using the “loop to loop”
method. Stuff the neck tightly as you sew

Apply blush on cheeks
and draw freckles.

10) 38sc
11) 4sc, inc, 18sc, inc, 14sc (40)
12-15) 40sc (4 rounds)
If you use safety eyes, insert and fix them between rounds
7-8 with a gap of 5 sc between them.
16) 4sc, dec, 18sc, dec, 14sc (38)
17-18) 38sc (2 rounds)
