Today, the new daily crochet pattern Amigurumi Christmas Elf Free Crochet Pattern, I want to give you some information about this pattern;

inal size of the toy with the indicated
yarn is ~ 35cm (13’7 inches).
If you use another materials and
tools, your toy will be bigger or
smaller.
In this case, you need more or
less materials.
Think of it!
The pattern is mainly worked
using the amigurumi method.
Work in a continuous spiral without
closing off the round with a sl st. It may
help to use a stitch marker in the last stitch
of each round, moving it up as you work.
As crochet work tends to slant to the right or left, sometimes you need
to adjust position of the round marker (the beginning of the round).
When you finish the current round and notice that marker moves right,
you need to work one stitch into the first st of the next round and move
the round marker behind the last worked stitch. So the 2nd st of the
next round becomes the first now.

Recommended materials and tools:
 ~ one ball light green color (Yarn Art Jeans #69);
 some fluffy yarn white color (Alize Softy);
 some yarn white color (Yarn Art Jeans #01);
 ~ half of a ball red color (Yarn Art Jeans #90);
 ~ half of a ball skin colored yarn (Yarn Art Jeans #05);
 toy eyes or half round beads d. 12mm;
 toy stuffing;
 crochet hook – size depends on yarn you use (I used 2,0 mm);
You can use your favorite materials and tools, but final size of your toy
may differ.

Head sculpting:
Step 12-14 rounds down from the top of the head and place 2 pins
(eyes) with the distance 10-12 stitches between the eyes.
Step7 rounds down from these pins
and install 2 more pins with the
distance 14-16 stitches between
the pins (dimples).
Thread a needle and insert it into
one of the pins (eyes) and make
several stitches between first 2
pins (to form the eye sockets).
Then insert the needle into the
left eye socket and pull out of the
left dimple (it is marked) and
make several stitches to form the
dimple. Repeat for right side.
As a result you made 2 eye sockets and 2 dimples.
Glue or install the eyes into the eye sockets. Embroider whites, black
lines (above and below the eyes) and eyebrows to make the eyes more
expressive. Sew the nose between the eyes (stuff as you go). Step 8-9
stitches from bottom edge of the eyes and sew the ears.
Put on and sew the hat.

Collar
Attach red yarn to front loops
of the 36th round of the body
and crochet 1 round: (1sl st, 1
dc, 1 hdc) into each of 18
stitches.
Note: I recommend sewing the
edge of the collar, it will look
neat.
You just need to embroider the
mouth and the elf is finished.

YOUR ELF IS READY!
